The "Open International Communication of Shanghai Astronomy Museum" Wins the Outstanding Award at the 16th Silver Pigeon Award in Shanghai

    The results of the 16th Silver Pigeon Award (2021) organized by the External Publicity Office of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee have been announced recently. During this activity, more than 600 works were received and 214 of them were nominated for the award, including 64 activities/cases. The "Open International Communication of Shanghai Astronomy Museum" activity/case of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum won the outstanding award. 

    In July 2021, Shanghai Astronomy Museum, the largest one of its kind in the world, was opened to the public. Thanks to all-round and centralized promotion such as media interviews, reports, live-streaming promotion, and multilingual coverage, Shanghai Astronomy Museum has become the most popular landmark in Shanghai and a new hot topic of people in Shanghai and even the whole country. Its influence has extended at home and abroad. It has been a new "business card" to tell stories of China and improve Shanghai's soft strength.
