Exhibition Tour of Original Works of Chinese Ceramic Art opens at the SSTM

On November 8, "Salute to A New Era: Exhibition Tour of Original Works of Chinese Ceramic Art Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China" kicked off in the special exhibition hall on the second floor of the SSTM. Many professors, outstanding young and middle-aged artists and 25 national masters have taken part in the exhibition. 88 pieces (sets) of works recently created by them have been put on display at the exhibition. "Blue and White - the Glory of the Silk Road in 2017 was a great hit. This year, the SSTM has joined hands with the Shanghai Ceramic Technology and Art Museum and launched another exhibition themed on ceramics. Following the main thread of the great development in new China, it pays a tribute to the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the PRC by demonstrating the magnificent beauty of the country, the remarkable changes of cities, and the significant improvement to life with the unique artistic techniques and aesthetic taste of ceramics.
