The “Technological Innovation Principal Space Station” Came to Shanghai Art Century Museum to Talk about Our Universe and My Metaverse

On October 12, "Science Travel · Technological Innovation Principal Space Station" entered Shanghai Art+ Century Museum and explored the infinite possibilities of the integration of science, technology, and art within the context of spatial content, with the theme of "Our Universe and My Metaverse". Prof. Xia Zhihong, an internationally renowned mathematician and astronomer, and Jin Jiangbo, Executive Director of the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University, delivered compelling keynote presentations, respectively.

Moreover, the event featured the launch of the "Walking Shanghai Astronomy Museum" project. The project digitally digitized nearly 400 exhibits and over a hundred collections within the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, utilizing XR+AI technology to recreate immersive settings of the physical venue. Furthermore, through intelligent Q&A and interactions powered by large language models, visitors can enjoy a panoramic, multisensory, surreal, and boundaryless exhibition experience, significantly enhancing their enjoyment and learning efficiency.
