Ticket information

1.Ticket sales time: 8:55am-4:00pm (closed on Mondays except on national holidays)

2.Please check the ticket price list of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and the screening schedule of the museum’s science theaters carefully before buying the tickets. Film ticket refunds are not accepted within half an hour before the film starts. Since IWERKS 4D Theater and Space Theater are in the exhibition area, admission tickets are required when you buy tickets for films at the two theaters.

3.Children are required to hold full-price film tickets while babies and toddlers are not allowed.

4.Please check your tickets and change before you leave the counter.

5.Cash and credit cards are both accepted for ticket purchase. Tickets purchased with checks are available in three working days

6.Related certificates are required for buying discounted tickets and each certificate can be used to buy one discounted ticket only.

7.Visitors should observe order when buying tickets.

8.Please check the notice items printed on the tickets and use the tickets within the validity term (session).
