Visitor guides in Chinese and English are available at the Ticket Office on the first floor, including information about maps, recommended routes and demonstration schedule.
Audio guide lease
Guide
Audio guide service is available in Chinese and English at present. Visitors can lease the equipment at the Visitor Service Center at Gate 2 with a rental fee of RMB20 and RMB200 deposit.
Baby care rooms
Baby care rooms
There are two baby care rooms in the museum, located next to the Earthcrust Exploration hall on the first floor and Visitors’ Restaurant on the first floor underground, respectively.

The IMAX 3D Theater was the first of its kind in China and can hold 441 people.
